0 to 30 Minute Wash Timer

Wash cycle operation is controlled by a rotary style dial timer. After loading dirty parts into the machine, the operator shuts the door and turns the cycle start timer to the desired wash time. Time selection from 0 to 30 minutes allows the operator to run the machine wash cycle uninterrupted for up to 30 minutes. The timer is fully adjustable and can be turned off mid cycle if desired.

Space Saver Roll-In Door

The space saver roll-in-door is designed to nest into the back of the machine rather then open out into the room. Most front loading parts washers have a hinge mounted door that swings out and away from the machine. There are two major disadvantages of the hinged style door. Swing-out doors require more floor space and when the door swings out, wash solution can drip on to the floor. The roll-in-door feature saves on valuable floor space and prevents water from dripping onto the floor.

Debris Flushing Spray Bar

CleanParts.com parts washers include a debri flushing spray bar, which is designed to keep the internal catch pan under the rotary parts table clean. Dirt being washed from the parts falls onto the catch pan and is directed toward the strainer basket. When the machine calls for water make-up, this unique feature flushes the pan directing dirt to the strainer basket where it can be easily removed from the parts washer.

Door Position Safety Sensor

Every front loading cabinet washer includes a door position safety sensor. The safety sensor prevents the part washer from running if the door is not in a closed position. If the door is opened during operation, the safety sensor shuts down the wash pump and parts turntable.

Low Water Indicator Light

Provides a quick visual indicator if the machine is in a low water condition.

Low Water Safety Shut-Off

With water based parts washers natural evaporation will occur. Low water safety shut-off is designed to protect the machine from damage. All CleanParts.com machines include a low water safety feature. This is a critical feature that is a must on any parts cleaning system. Automatic fill is available as an optional accessory.

Programmable Heat Timer

Each Cleanparts.com parts washing machine is equipped with a programmable 7 day/24 hour heat timer. When first turned on, all heated parts washers require heat-up time to get up to operating temperature. Failure to properly heat the wash solution can lead to foaming and/or poor cleaning. If your technicians start work at 6:00 a.m., the machine heat can be set to automatically turn on prior to start time so the parts cleaning machine is ready to start working when the operator arrives.

Programmable Oil Skimmer Timer

Oil skimmers work most effectively when the machine is idle and the solution in the tank is calm. The optimum time to run the oil skimmer is in the evening, or whenever the parts washer is not in use. CleanParts.com part washing systems include a 7 day/24 hour programmable oil skimmer timer. The timer can be programmed to automatically turn "on" when the machine will not be in use.

Removable Part Tray

Each CleanParts.com parts washing machines includes a removable part tray. The tray includes heavy steel construction with a heavy gauge expanded metal bottom. Parts are placed within the tray for cleaning. Open mesh design allows spray coverage for cleaning the bottom of the parts. Easily accessible handles are provided for tray removal, for periodic inspection and maintenance of the interior of the machine.

Stainless Steel Belt Oil Skimmer

Oil skimmers are commonly offered as an optional add-on to parts washing equipment. Each CleanParts.com cabinet style parts washer is equipped with a belt style oil skimmer as a standard feature. A 1" stainless steel skimming belt passes by a scrapper blade which removes floating contamination form the wash bath. Oil is directed to a customer supplied oil collection can or a machine mounted oil collection can is available as an added accessory. Unlike disc style skimmers, belt type skimmers do not lose their ability to remove contaminants with varying solution levels.

Stainless Steel Strainer Basket

CleanParts.com front loading cabinet washers include an internal catch pan to direct all sprayed solution to a removable stainless steel strainer basket, prior to flowing back to the sump. The strainer basket captures debris, minimizing contamination build up in the solution tank and clogging of the spray nozzles. Designed to mount below the shed sheet (not resting on top), all pumped solution cascades into the strainer basket for 100% filtering. Strainer baskets are 8" diameter x 15" deep and holds a standard readily available filter bag. Filter bags are offered as an optional accessory.

Swing Down Spray Bar

Cleanparts.com cabinet washers include an upper spray bar that it is located near the ceiling of the inside of the machine. The upper nozzles spray down onto the parts, for cleaning top surfaces. For smaller parts, a swing down spray bar is included, which conveniently tucks back along the sidewall. In the vertical position, the bar acts as a side spray manifold for larger parts. In the horizontal position, it provides close spray coverage for cleaning low profile parts.

Thermostat Controlled Heat

Finding the optimal solution temperature for your parts cleaning application can improve the cleaning performance and save energy costs over the life of the parts washer. CleanParts.com parts washing equipment include a thermostat heat controller, which allows the operator to increase or decrease the controller setting to achieve the desired operating temperature. Heating elements will cycle off once the desired setting is reached which saves energy.

Turntable Jam Safety Shut-Off

Rotary table parts cleaning machines rotate parts past the spray nozzles for optimal part cleaning. A removable parts basket on the turntable is designed to keep parts in place. However, parts may shift position during the cleaning cycle. Should a jam occur, a safety shut-off switch defects the jam and automatically shuts-off the turntable drive.

Turntable Jog Switch

For convenient part loading/unloading a turntable jog switch is provided. Turntable jog switch allows the operator to rotate the internal parts basket, so parts are easily accessible for unloading. When loading heavy parts, the jog switch allows the operator to rotate the turntable providing room for additional parts. This feature also assists the operator when detail cleaning and/or blowing out of blind holes is required.

Wash Cycle Indicator Light

During the operation the wash cycle indicator light illuminates, giving a quick visual indicator if the parts washing machine is running or idle.

Water Level Indicator

CleanPart.com cabinet washers come equipped with a water level indication sight gauge. The gauge is constructed of a durable transparent PVC material with a tank volume scale in gallons. A quick visual of the water level in the machine warns of a potential low water condition. If a low water condition occurs, a switch on the level indication gauge will illuminate the "low water indicator light" on the operator control panel.

Automatic Fill

With water based parts washers, evaporation occurs naturally. Water make-up to the machine can be done either manually by the operator or automatically by the machine itself. The standard CleanParts.com parts washers come equipped with a water fill port and manual ball valve for water addition, which requires manual monitoring of the filling process. The automatic fill feature allows water to enter the parts washer automatically, eliminating the need for the operator to monitor the parts washer fluid level. A fluid level sensor actuates when the machine needs water, which activates a solenoid valve allowing water to enter the cabinet washer.

Exhaust Fan

Heated wash solution generates steam. Steam removal is recommended for operator comfort and minimizing humidity in your shop. The CleanParts.com cabinet style parts washers are equipped with an exhaust port, which can be used to hook into your existing exhaust system or for mounting our optional exhaust fan. The fan mounts on top of the parts washer and exhausts the steam. The fan automatically turns "on" at the end of the cleaning cycle and runs for a preset time. The fan includes a stainless steel squirrel cage impeller and industrial grade motor. Purchaser is responsible for ducting from fan discharge.

Mist Collector

Heated wash solution generates steam. Steam removal is recommended for operator comfort and minimizing humidity in your shop. The CleanParts.com cabinet style parts washers are equipped with an exhaust port, which can be used to hook into y our existing exhaust system or for mounting our optional exhaust fan or mist collector. A mist collector can be used in place of an exhaust fan for venting steam from the parts washer directly into the room. The system includes a fresh air suction inlet for mixing cooler room air with the warm moist air stream to assist in reducing humidity in exhaust air. The mist collector is mounted on the parts washer and is wired to the main control panel. The mist collector automatically turns "on" at the end of the cleaning cycle and runs for a preset time.

Intermediate Table

CleanParts.com rotary table parts cleaning machines come equipped with a removable parts basket. The intermediate table is an optional secondary rotary parts basket, which mounts above the primary table on a heavy duty center mounting shaft. The intermediate table increases the available basket area within the machine and doubles the loading capacity for low profile parts. The intermediate table option includes a quick change center spray pipe, which provides optimal spray coverage for bottom, top and sides of both the lower and intermediate parts cleaning tables.

Casters

CleanParts.com parts cleaning equipment are designed to rest on heavy duty steel channels. Pockets under the parts washer provide easy forklift accessibility. In shops requiring the machine to be moved without the use of a forklift, machine casters are available. The casters allow the parts washer to be rolled on smooth flat surfaces. The casters are easily attached to the cabinet washer frame.

Bag Filter

Effective filtration methods are important in extending cleaning bath life and assist in keeping the cabinet washer clean. CleanParts.com cabinet washers are equipped with a standard stainless steel strainer basket for filtering debris prior to returning to the solution tank. The strainer basket is designed to hold a filter bag for smaller particle removal. For finer filtration, an externally mounted filter chamber is available. The externally mounted filter is designed to filter 100% of all pumped solution and can hold bags that can filter down to a predetermined micron size. External filter chambers are available in steel or stainless steel and include a stainless steel perforated inner liner. Each chamber holds one 8" diameter x 15" deep disposable filter bag.

Cycle Beacon Light

In some shops the parts washer may be located at a distance from the work area or noise may prohibit the operator from being able to tell if the cabinet washer wash cycle is complete. For these instances, an optional beacon light located on the top of the control cabinet can be provided to provide a visual indication as to when the wash cycle is running.

Oil Collection Can

Each CleanParts.com cabinet style parts washer is equipped with an oil skimmer for removing floating contaminants from the wash bath. The oil skimmer belt passes by a scrapper blade, which directs the oil into a discharge trough. The oil collection can mounts tight to the side of the parts washer and is easily removed without the use of tools. The oil collection can is ideal for parts cleaning washers with casters that will be moved to various locations within the shop.

Detail Brush

For really "Dirty Jobs", parts that are heavily soiled, the detail brush allows the operator to pre-clean areas with a wash solution prior to beginning the automatic wash cycle. The detail brush is on a flexible hose and is fed wash solution from the parts washer tank by an independent pump. The brush is conveniently mounted on the side of the cabinet washer and is operated by a heavy duty foot switch. In addition, a catch pan is provided for placing the detail brush after use, preventing solution and debris from dripping onto the floor. The catch can is easily removed for cleaning without the need for tools. A detailing brush hose hook is also provided to neatly storing the hose while not in use.

Power Scrub Brush

For stubborn or difficult to remove soils, the powered scrub brush is the tool for the job. A heavy duty powered scrub brush is provided for scrubbing difficult to clean areas with heavy soils and deposits. The brush comes with a flexible feed hose and has a convenient hand trigger. The powered scrub brush includes a brush holding holster and convenient air hook-up with air shut-off valve.

Blowoff Gun

Some parts contain blind tapped holes and cupped crevices that can trap water during the wash cycle. The blowoff gun allows the operator to blowoff excess moisture from tough to reach areas such as internal passages or blind holes after the wash cycle is complete. The blowoff gun includes a flexible supply hose. A convenient compressed air hook-up with air shut-off valve is also provided.
