Throttle valves & gauges
Throttling valves and gauges allow the operator to independently control and monitor the spray pressure of the bottom and top/side sprays.
Automatic water fill
Automatic fill feature allows water to enter the machine automatically, eliminating the need for the operator to monitor the parts washer fluid level.
Oil Coaleser
Oil coalescers are recommended for cleaning applications where heavy amounts of oil are being removed from the parts.
PLC control system
Standard CleanParts.com conveyorized parts washers include relay logic controls including IEC switches and components. Per customer request, PLC controls can be provided.
Solution heat auto-timer
CleanParts.com machines can be equipped with an optional programmable 7day/24 hour heat timer which allows automatic "on/off" control of solution heat.
Gas heat
Gas burner solution heating systems are available in place of electric.
Tank clean-out door
A bolt-on gasketed clean-out door on solution tank provides access to tank inside and bottom for periodic maintenance. Doorframe is flush to tank bottom to facilitate easy tank cleaning.
