Adjustable conveyor tensioners
Clean Parts inline parts washers include adjustable bearings for tensioning the conveyor belt. Proper belt tension provides better part travel and lengthens the conveyor belt life.
Lift-off access doors
Lift-off access doors allow maintenance personnel convenient access to the interior of the machine. Each spray zone access door includes a safety switch to deactivate the pump if a door is opened during machine operation.
Emergency stop button
Emergency stop buttons are provided on the control panel door and on the load and unload ends of the machine for operator safety.
Heavy Duty conveyor support with rollers
Cleanparts conveyor belts are supported by heavy duty ball bearing rollers (no slider bed) for lengthened conveyor belt life and reduced maintenance.
Manual fill valve
A manual fill valve is provided with each machine for initial fill and periodic water addition.
Control panel
Clean Parts conveyorized parts cleaning machines are equipped with an electrical control panel, which includes relay logic controls with IEC switches and components.
Clip-on adjustable spray nozzles
The Clean Parts pass through parts washers include “clip-on” adjustable nozzles for quick removal, without the need for tools, for easy cleaning and adjustment.
Heavy duty construction
The CleanPart.com machines are constructed of heavy duty 10 gauge steel for increased tank life.
Vertical seal-less solution pump
A vertical “seal-less” solution pumps have no mechanical seals to wear-out, so pump maintenance is minimized. The tank top mounting allows the pump to be easily removed without having to drain the solution tank.
Overflow and drain
An overflow port is provided for customer hook-up. The overflow port can be plumbed to a central collection system or drain. A drain port is provided for periodic draining of the solution tank for inspection and cleaning.
Exhaust outlet
An exhaust port is provided for hook-up to an existing exhaust system or for mounting an optional exhaust fan.
Variable speed D.C. drive with jam protection
Variable speed allows conveyor adjustment to match production needs. Should a jam occur, a safety shut-off switch detects the jam and automatically shuts-off the conveyor drive.
Blowoff blower
An industrial grade pressure blower is provided for stripping moisture from clean parts prior to exiting the machine.
Low solution safety shut-off
A Low water safety shut-off is designed to protect the machine from damage. If a low water condition is sensed, corresponding solution heaters and pump automatically shut-off.
