Machine pictured is a custom built conveyorized oil dip system. Parts placed on the conveyor are fully submerged in oil for long term rust prevention.
Dual lane conveyor
Lane guides can be incorporated to segregate varying part types. The machine pictured above is used for cleaning a machined aluminum die cast small engine cylinder.
